At Kayk, every creation is crafted with the utmost care and love to ensure the highest quality and freshness. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns.

However, we offer replacements in special cases

  • Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If you receive an order that is damaged, incorrect, or does not meet our quality standards, please contact us within one hour of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will assess the concern and provide a suitable resolution.

  • Missing Items: If any item from your order is missing, please reach out to us immediately, and we will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund.

  • Order Cancellations: Orders cannot be canceled once they have been confirmed by us. As each dessert is freshly prepared, we are unable to accommodate cancellations after confirmation.

  • Delayed Deliveries: While we strive for timely deliveries, occasional delays due to unforeseen circumstances may occur. Refunds will not be provided for minor delays, but in case of extreme delays, we will assess the situation and offer an appropriate resolution.
